Flowers are the ultimate feel good gift. They brighten any room, especially dull hospital rooms. So the next time someone you know isn’t feeling well, let them know you're thinking of them with a beautiful bouquet of cheery flowers.

When should I send get well flowers?

Whether your friend is at home sick with a cold, or in the hospital for a more serious illness or injury, flowers will always brighten their day!
If you know that they will only be in the hospital for a short time (like an emergency room visit or a day surgery), we recommend waiting until they are back home to send the flowers, as most hospitals will not allow flowers in those situations.
Hospitals also do not allow flowers to be sent to the ICU, so please call the hospital prior to ordering flowers to make sure that your loved one will be able to receive them.

I'm sending my gift to the hospital, what information do I need?

When sending to a hospital, all we need is the patients full name (first and last name they will be registered to in the hospital, no nicknames please), and which hospital they are in. That's it! Having a room number or ward can be helpful, but is not necessary. 
When the flowers are delivered to the hospital, they go to a volunteer room, and they are the ones to distribute the flowers.
Our couriers are generally not allowed up into the hospital wards and rooms. 

What should I send?

We always recommend sending a flower arrangement or bouquet in bright cheery colors when you want to send someone get well wishes. If you know what their favorite color or flower is let us know and we will do our best to incorporate it into your gift! That is sure to make them smile and brighten their day.
When sending to a hospital it is always best to choose an arrangement that comes with a vase or container, as the hospital may not have one available if you send a cut flower bouquet.
