To ensure delivery or pick up on your requested date please have your orders in before the below cut off times during non holiday seasons.
-12:00 Noon for same day residential delivery and pick ups in Winnipeg Monday to Friday.
-10:00am same day for business deliveries in Winnipeg before 4:30pm
-2:00pm Friday for Saturday Delivery ( or Thursday if Friday is a Holiday)
-3:00pm for next day on all addresses outside the perimeter. Outside the perimeter deliveries are only available Monday to Friday.
- There is no same day delivery available for Saturday. There is only 1 delivery company that operates on Saturday, therefore there is no timed deliveries available. Should you require something to be delivered by a specific time on Saturday, we suggest you have your item delivered on Friday.
Orders that arrive after the cut off time will be automatically moved to the next business day.
Note that only one delivery date and address can be entered per order.
Each floral gift is custom made for you, please allow us as much time as possible to create your gift.
Local Flower Delivery Rate
$0.00 Free Delivery in Winnipeg, MB (within Perimeter) online orders only on our regular collections. Deliveries will occur between 9-6.
$12.50 Discounted delivery rate for online orders. Choose this if you require a timed delivery, ex: before Noon or any 3 hour window between 9-5 or if you are choosing from a collection that does not offer free delivery.

There are no timed deliveries available for outside the perimeter. We will contact the recipient to advise them as best we can when the flowers will arrive once confirmed by the drivers.
PLEASE READ
At this time we are not able to leave any deliveries with neighbors unless approved by neighbor prior to delivery. We will contact the recipient and arrange a convenient delivery time with them.
We do not call the recipient for deliveries going to business, hospital or care facilities.
Incorrect addresses: We do not at ANY time change the address unless notified by the sender. Should you provide an incorrect address and the couriers attempt a delivery and the recipient is not home or incorrect/insufficient information was given, the item will be returned to us and a $10.00 return fee will be charged. The item can then be redelivered (charges apply) or picked up.
Recipient not home: For deliveries going to homes, we contact each recipient to ensure they will be home to receive your flowers. Should the recipient NOT be home during the agreed upon time frame,(ie: they forgot and left), the flowers will either be left on the steps if the weather is agreeable or returned to the store( apartments) and they will be contacted and requested to pick up. Our drivers are paid for each delivery for their time and gas, therefore we do not make multiple delivery attempts, this is why we contact the recipient first.
EXCEPTION: HOLIDAY DELIVERIES
During holiday times, we do not contact the recipient prior to delivering, you will receive a email stating what date your gift will be delivered on, please ensure the recipient will be home to receive their gift.
We cannot always guarantee AM or PM delivery times on our standard free delivery routes, but are always willing to do our best to meet your time-of-day requests, whenever possible, except for Holidays.
At peak times such as Christmas, Valentines day and Mother's Day we are aware that it is important that your flowers arrive in good time. Please order your gift a minimum of 48 hours in advance so we have time to create your gift.
Please note that our delivery agents are not allowed to take a flower order directly to the recipient's room in hospitals, hotels, and in some businesses or military installations. Due to the unique nature of these deliveries, we will gladly guarantee delivery to the reception desk or suitable equivalent.

The best way to determine if a delivery has met with your satisfaction is often to contact the recipient directly.
